About Founder:
 
Founder of the "Ishwari Bal Vidya Mandir" (IBVM) Smt. Saraswati Verma, D/O Late Shri Ishwari Verma (Lawyer & retired Tehsildaar Raigarh Dist., Chhattisgarh), was born at Raigarh (Dist of Chhattisgarh) in 1948 with a flair to educate people around her and spreading knowledge & wisdom.
 
Smt. Saraswati Verma's husband Late Shri Aditya Kumar ji Verma played a key role to bring her dreams into reality and supported all through to establish IBVM as an education landmark in the town.
 
Over the period she evolved her own idea of education, which she realized and put into service fully at Ishwari Bal Vidya Mandir and will keep doing for the betterment of the society and individuals.
  
Objective or aim behind starting this venture was to provide free education to people who can not afford at all or at minimal fee to keep this flame of service on.
  
History:
The process of attaining Swami Vivekananda goal of a "man-making" education begins in primary school, in kindergarten itself, for young minds are easy to mould and very receptive to the ideas of Truth, Beauty, Honesty and Integrity.

We at IBVM, strive for the holistic development of our pupils through the all-important medium of "play". No effort is spared to make learning varied and fun as the happiness of the child is of utmost importance to us.

This was the first Private non-granted school in the town where Indian cultural tradition and western technique were blended in a wholesome and harmonious discipline. She laid its foundation in 1990-91, from when it has grown. Started from two room, with One teacher and one peon and students of only 23 it is now hundreds students with 12rooms and big play ground own premises 12 teachers and 2 sub admin staff now. The school administration operated by Mr. Subhash Verma and his wife Mrs. Priti Verma in the guidance of Mrs. Saraswati Verma.
